Manufactured to the most exacting standards, T-Max’s range of winches have been built and tested in Australian conditions to deliver time and time again. With a complete range from 6500lb through to 12500lb, there’s a T-Max winch suitable for any 4WD application. All T-Max winches are backed by a 5 year mechanical and 2 year electrical warranty. T-Max Australia also carries a complete inventory of spare parts at all times, after sales support is paramount to T-Max, so rest assured when purchasing a T-Max winch you’ll be taken care of well beyond your purchase date.

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@winchworld.net

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@winchworld.net and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

When will my item be posted?

• We dispatch within 1-2 working days of your cleared payment being received.

  How soon will I receive my order?

3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State

4-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns

5-10 working days for delivery to other remote locations

During peak periods (Easter, Xmas), the delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Who will deliver my order?

We ship the majority of our items through Australia Post’s E-parcel service. For heavier items (over 30kg) we generally use Fastway couriers and Allied express, sometimes it is necessary to use a range of couriers dependant on your location. We favour couriers who are reliable, have great customer service, and can get your order to you in a reasonable time.

Can I have Large and Heavy Items sent to my P.O Box?

 No, due to Australia post’s maximum limit’s for larger items and items above 30 kg, these items can not be delivered to a post office box and will be delivered by courier.

Will my parcel have tracking?

Yes, all items are sent with tracking numbers. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing.You will receive an email 2-4 days after your cleared payment sent to your email address that is registered with us from Australia Post or Fastway or Allied with the tracking number in it which can be followed on line.

Can I track my parcel once it has left premises?

When the dispatch is arranged through eParcel a tracking number will be emailed to you when goods are dispatched. To track your parcel, visit http://www.eparcel.com.au and input your tracking number. If we dispatch your order via courier you will receive an email advising you of the company, consignment number, and link so you can track the item.

What will be the shipping cost?

The majority of items are freight free, but please refer to each individual listing regarding the shipping costs.

Will you ship internationally?

At this time we are only able to ship items within Mainland Australia and Tasmania.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM YET?

• Once your purchases are sent Austalia Post eParcel email you a tracking number to YOUR OWN email address ( the one you have registered with us and PAYPAL) .So always check there to make sure you haven't received it or that it is not in your spam filter. 

I Haven't received my item yet before contacting us requirement?

When contacting us that your purchase has not been received on or within the advertised postage period in the description under Postage and Payments , please advise us when WHEN YOU LAST CHECKED WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE as on occasion delivery has been attempted and the "calling card" left by Post to advise you of this may not have been left.
