Promotions are nontransferable and may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, traded or exchanged.

Promotions can only be used on a single purchase, even if the purchase is less than the total promotional credit value.

Promotion credits expire on the date stated in your offer (if any).

Promotions may be restricted to specific provider or merchant partner, per the terms of the offer.

If your promotions are for a percentage discount, then Winchworld reserves the right to cap the amount of the promotional credit.

Offer may be revoked at any time without notice. Some products may be exempt from promotions eg heavy industrial components. Please verify with staff before purchase.

Offer void where prohibited by law.

Your use of the voucher and/or the promotional credit constitutes your acceptance of the applicable offer terms and conditions.

Promotional Credits will be applied on the value of goods / services sold by Merchants (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

Promotions apply to orders made through Winchworld only, and not to any order made by other means (for example, promotional credits do not apply to orders made through a provider's app or made by phone directly with a provider). 

Winchworld reserves the right to deny honoring an offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of offers without providing any explanation thereof.

In case of multiple applicable offers, Winchworld will apply best applicable offer at the time of checkout 

Winchworld reserves the right to change or modify these Credit Terms at any time and in our sole discretion.

Winchworld reserves the right to partner with a third party(ies) who may offer promotional opportunities to Winchworld users, however details and applicable terms of such third party promotion(s) will be governed by the such third party(ies) offering the promotion (and not Winchworld).
