Hi, is this model 12 volt or 24 volt & I understand it has reverse, is this controlled from the pendant?

Great questions. The VRS4000S is 12 volt and does reverse spool. This has a corded remote as standard that controls winching in and out.It also has a wireless option that can be added for extra convenience.
