Good customer service but poor handling on FedEx behave
I have to say FedEx was very unprofessional in the inability to deliver my winch from there depot in Lismore NSW. In the end I went and collected the winch myself. I was very unhappy with there lame excuses as to why they could not deliver my parcel and I personally would not utilise there service...I have to say FedEx was very unprofessional in the inability to deliver my winch from there depot in Lismore NSW. I did appreciate the follow up call from your service centre as it was great customer care on your behalf . I can’t give any praise to the staff at the Lismore depot of FedEx. Once again an absolutely pitiful experience dealing with this branch.

new TANK 15000
Bought 12000 winch about 5 years ago, used it twice for very tough recovery, was impressed with its performance as it was fitted to Diesel Prado which is bit lighter 4X4. Now I have GVM upgraded 76 series. Will consider new TANK 15000 winch. Amazing boat winch
Bought two years ago. Easily hauls our 5.8m Senator Hardtop onto trailer fully loaded at 1400kg. Am aged 75 and the winch has made it a breeze to launch and retrieve our boat single handed. Gets plenty of attention at the ramp with it's retrieve speed and ease of use. Way faster than any other...Bought two years ago. Gets plenty of attention at the ramp with it's retrieve speed and ease of use. Way faster than any other winch I have seen at the ramp. Only complaint is the wireless remote needs a lanyard.
